Terms of Service

Welcome to Luna: My AI Companion. By accessing or using our application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

2. User Rights and Obligations

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group, including the AI companion.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the App.
• Use the App to generate content that promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination.

3. Content Regulations & AI Processing

Our App allows you to generate text and interact with an AI companion. You understand that:

• The AI's responses are generated by machine learning models and may not always be accurate or appropriate.
• To produce these responses, your messages, conversation memory, and session metadata are sent to third-party AI providers (Microsoft Azure OpenAI for the GPT Realtime and GPT-4o models, and Cartesia for text-to-speech voice synthesis). Full details, including what data is shared and how it is handled, are described in our Privacy Policy. The first time you start a chat, the App asks for your explicit consent before any data is transmitted, and you can revoke that consent at any time from Settings → AI Data & Privacy.
• You are solely responsible for your inputs and interactions with the AI.
• We strictly prohibit the generation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors.

4. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Luna Team, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this service.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content (excluding Content provided by you or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Luna Team and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Singapore and foreign countries.
